Griffin Winton Recap 3/10/22

Some music makes you move, some music makes you sad, some music makes you happy, and some music makes you think. Griffin Winton, local songwriter/artist, very capably covered all those bases and many different music genres, laying out his broad spectrum of original music at Bert’s on Thursday at Bert Driver’s Burlap Room in Smithville, TN.

Griffin glided effortlessly between different musical scenarios and feels with his cl-e-e-a-n guitar playing and strong voice - when he moves into the higher register and starts pushing vocally, he didn’t need the microphone assist to fill up the intimate setting at the Burlap Room Tap House.

I continue to be amazed at the amount of top-notch musical performers that have (and continue to) grace our stages at the Burlap Room. Great live music is one of the main features that make the Burlap Room experience new and unique every time our loyal Burlappers visit. To use a dated entertainment phrase, “Griffin Winton perfectly fits the bill” of unique...and also perfectly matches the vibe of the Burlap Room’s tradition of exceptional musical performances. One of Griffin’s original songs is entitled “Can’t Feel This Good”...but when it comes to his music, it does, in reality, “feel this good”.

We’re ready to kick off the 2022 Summer/Fall Series with special perks and benefits for all our regular Burlappers, and newbies, who sign up to receive our weekly newsletter about all the upcoming events and live music concerts from March-October, 2022.

Check with us at Bertdriver.com to get all the info on Bert Driver’s Burlap Room and the brand new Harvester Event Center, opening very soon in downtown Smithville, TN!
