Weddings, corporate events, science fairs, private parties, live music - we do it all! Come have your event with us - the Burlap Room Beer Garden & Live Music and The Harvester Event Center are open for tours and bookings. We have wooden benches and Adirondack chairs positioned throughout the venue outside, not inside the greenhouse. We also encourage you to bring your own "camping chairs" - we have plenty of room to set up. If we do have inclement weather, the concert will move to the indoor SOLSTICE STAGE, a 3,000 sq ft ventilated greenhouse with 14' ceilings. Seating inside the Solstice Stage is first come, first serve. NO CHAIRS ALLOWED INSIDE THE SOLSTICE STAGE (Greenhouse #3). NO EXCEPTIONS.

Yes, unless otherwise noted as an 18 or 21 & up event. In fact, ages 10 and younger are FREE with a paid adult.

Of course! Leashed and well-mannered dogs are allowed are allowed on Nursery and Burlap Room grounds. We love our furry friends! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the Harvester Event Center .

All tickets are general admission. No assigned seating.

Our venue is 7 acres of open-air for concerts and events. We have plenty of space for “social distancing”.

All events held at Bert Driver’s Burlap Room are RAIN or SHINE. The outdoor stage (Redbud Stage) has multiple wooden benches set up, along with multiple Adirondack chairs to choose from. We encourage you to bring your own chairs as well for setting up OUTSIDE ONLY. If we do have inclement weather, then the concert will move to the indoor SOLSTICE STAGE. Inside the Solstice Stage are four large, permanent church pews that are first come, first serve. Otherwise, it is standing room only.

We are sorry, but there are no refunds. Events are rain or shine. If you can’t make it, consider giving your ticket to a friend that has never been to an event here at Bert Driver’s Burlap Room!

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. There will be water and other drinks for sale, as well as food trucks during events. Alcoholic beverages like craft beers, domestic beers and ciders are available in the Burlap Room.

We have gravel parking with attendants and security. There is only ONE entrance accessible during events, located on Hurricane Ridge Road.

We accept all forms of payment. We also have an ATM machine on site, as some private vendors for special events may be cash only.

We have multiple portable restrooms with hand washing stations, as well as an ADA compliant portable restroom on site.

Yes, but once the entry gates close at 9pm, there is no re-entry.
