Bert’s on Thursday Featuring Nick Cross
05.26.2022 - It’s always rain or shine at the Burlap Room, and while the weather kept a few folks away, those that made it to Bert’s on Thursday…what a great night of music! Some might say…fantastic!
If you closed your eyes, you would have thought you were at the Blue Bird Cafe or a South Broadway Honky Tonk as the very gifted singer/songwriter Nick Cross, accompanied by fiddle player Matt Hudley, treated the Burlappers to a night of country classics interspersed with his own originals.
The rain stopped just as the doors opened, Tio’s Taco Truck served up the usual tasty dishes, and the Tap Room was rocking with an enthusiastic crowd of appreciative listeners.
