More about Kaleah…
Kaleah Wooten is a 23-year-old singer and songwriter from Huntsville, Alabama. She was born into a very musical and faith-driven family, so her first performances were at church and on small stages with her family. Her father, a Grammy-award winning producer gave her her start in the studio recording world. Kaleah is grateful to have been apart of notable projects in the Hip Hop and R&B world, such as Masego’s recent self titled album, platinum selling album “Revenge of the Dreamers III” rebased by Dreamville Records.
Currently, Kaleah is enjoying being graduated from MTSU (May 2022) and her career in the Works Registration Department at BMI on Music Row. Kaleah’s sound is known to draw from multiple genres of music, including straight ahead jazz, R&B, soft rock and folk. Kaleah is excited to be back in Smithville, after 5 shows at the Burlap Room between 2020-2022. For her first performance at the Harvester, she is joined by some of Middle Tennessee’s greatest musicians including Bill Alexson on keyboard, Joshua Cook on drums, Jackson Mayhall on bass and Nate Epp on guitar. On this special evening you can expect to hear jazz, a few of your favorite R&B and soul tunes along with some of Kaleah’s never performed original music!
