This is a beginner to advanced deep stretch class. We will start with a warm up to open up the body, an emphasis on well-researched deep breathing techniques, and also include a relaxing cool down. The Classic Bend Class is set apart from mainstream yoga classes for its unique style of variable stretches that are not just about flexibility, but also stability! This class has a main focus on tone and elongation of muscle tissue for relaxation, injury prevention, mobility, and stress relief.

The Bend Class™ is a versatile workout style designed by Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Health Coach Lynda LaCoax with 20+ years of combined training in dance, gymnastics, yoga, ballet, and various other disciplines.
Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels with advanced variations given when necessary! Bring your own mat if you have one. There will also be mats available to borrow if needed.
