About The Upper Cumberland All-Stars
The Upper Cumberland All-Stars is a band from Middle Tennessee that formed in the summer of 2018 at the behest of Bert Driver to perform a Tom Petty Tribute Concert at The Burlap Room in Smithville, Tennessee. It was a raving success and during the course of 2019, it was decided to reform the band in order to do yet another tribute. This time it would be two of the most prolific artist in American Rock N Roll: Bob Seger and John Mellencamp.
The band name comes from the region of the Tennessee that centers around the Highland Rim. Each band member is part of different bands situated in the 14 county area called The Upper Cumberland hence, The UC All-Stars!
Presently, there are seven members of The UC All-Stars that come from all walks of life and have a true passion for heartland music. These artists include:
Philip Hall — rhythm guitar, acoustic guitar, vocals
Lorie Judd — bass, vocals
Don Sergio — drum kit, vocals
Kim Driver Luton — keyboard
Jordon Morack — saxophone
Steve Judd — lead guitar
Cindy Hall — backing vocals, percussion
