Jordan Chase Morack (pictured above)
Morack is currently an active performer and educator in the greater Nashville area. Jordan is a saxophonist, clarinetist, and flautist and is fluent in many styles including rock, pop, R&B, jazz, and classical performance. Jordan has been a sideman for various live performances, and recordings throughout Tennessee. He is currently the leader of the Jordan Morack Trio and Quintet, he is the saxophonist and organ player for the Upper Cumberland All-Stars, and he is the saxophonist for the Bops Jazz Quartet. Jordan serves as a contracted musician with the Cumberland County Playhouse where he performs over 100 shows per year. Throughout his career, Jordan has been given the opportunity to perform with musical Icons across many genres including, Joey Kibble, James Curnow, Wycliffe Gordon, Duffy Jackson, Roger Humphreys, Phillip Sparke, and Steve Wilson. Jordan now serves as a contracted musician with the Cumberland County Playhouse where he performs over 100 shows per year. Currently Jordan is still recording, practicing and performing. He will earn his degree in jazz studies from MTSU in May.
Kaleah Alese Wooten
Singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Kaleah Alese Wooten was born in Huntsville, Alabama. Her mother Krishanda, an elementary school music teacher, and her father Kelvin, Grammy-nominated music producer, songwriter, and instrumentalist introduced her to music at an early age. As a student at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Kaleah is a Recording Industry major with a focus on Commercial Songwriting, minoring in Fashion Merchandising and Music. She is a member of the MTSU Singers, under the direction of Dr. Cedric Dent, an original member of Grammy award-winning vocal jazz group, Take 6. Wooten has worked in the music industry professionally, recording for artists such as Birmingham, Alabama’s jazz artists Eric Essix and Kim Scott and has vocal arrangement, writing and production credits with Def Jam and Dreamville Records. In 2020 Kaleah, Eric Essix, and Kelvin Wooten performed for the Kennedy Center’s Arts Across America Winter Traditions series. Currently, Wooten continues recording, producing and writing professionally while entering her senior year at MTSU.
Sam Glover
Sam Glover is a jazz guitarist who hails from Knoxville, Tennessee. Although his roots are primarily in Jazz, Glover also plays many other genres of music such as Classical, Blues, Gospel, R&B, Western Swing, and Bluegrass. Glover has achieved several accomplishments throughout his career as a young musician including a 7 season stint in the Knoxville Jazz Youth Orchestra under the direction of trombonist Tom Lundberg where he performed with notable names such as Doc Severinsen, Rahsaan Barber and Roland Barber. In high school, Glover was chosen by audition to attend the All State Jazz Clinic as the top high school aged jazz guitarist in the state of Tennessee. Glover has studied with professional musicians such as Knoxville guitarist Andrew McCoy, and jazz legend Donald Brown. Sam currently resides in the Nashville area to continue his studies at MTSU as a Jazz Studies major.
